Construction TechnologiSTs Limited (CTL)

CTL is a member of the FALKAY-SULEMANA GROUP based in Accra, with branches and agencies in Kumasi, Takoradi Tamale, Techiman, Wa, Donkorkrom, and 7 other cities and towns all in Ghana. Other members of the group are involved in export, industrial and commercial activities.

Incorporated in 1987, CTL commenced business in the following activities:

• • Building & Civil Engineering Construction.
• • Real Estate Development & Dealership in Construction Equipment
• • The development of Renewable Energy Resources in association with key partners engaged primarily in renewable energy projects internationally.
• • Manufacturing of construction materials.
• • Trade & project Consulting / international Project Facilitation.

 

Certifications

• The company has been duly certified by the Ministry of Water Resources Works & Housing and the Ministry of Road & Transport of Ghana in financial classes D1 K1 and A3 B3 respectively, CTL is also a recognized member of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA).

Staffing

CTL has a Permanent staffing of 35 personnel (Engineering, Technical, and Clerical). Additional engineering personnel and casual labor requirement are addressed on temporal project by project basis.
